The tankini is excellent for both sunbathing and swimming in the sea, or if you want to feel a bit more dressed when taking a beach walk or hanging at the beach bar. You tie the neck bands at the back of your neck and can thus adjust the size your self. If you want the fit to be tight, then select one size smaller than you usually would. The fabric is very soft and pliable.
Like all Sunkinis products the tankini lets the sun through so you get a more even tan. At the bust the fabric corresponds to approximately sunscreen factor 20 due to the double layer of fabric, which also means that there is absolutely no see through at all for the human eye. The extra layer of fabric at the bust can easily be cut away if you wish to increase the amount of sun that passes through, the fabric then corresponds to approximately sunscreen factor 8. Apart from the bust, the rest of the tankini corresponds to approximately sunscreen factor 8.
