The return policy below applies to all products purchased at www.sunkini.com. The return policy is part of our terms of purchase, which you accept when you make a purchase on our website. You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding the policy.
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the day you received your package. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not cover goods that have been affected due to use. The product must be returned in unchanged condition in its original packaging, with all possible stickers and labels for a full refund. If you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction up to 100% of the amount to be refunded. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. The refund will be made within 14 days from when we received your notice that you have canceled the purchase. However, we reserve the right to wait for the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have sent in proof that you have returned the item (for example delivery receipt from the carrier). A canceled purchase must be notified to us no later than 14 days after received delivery to info@sunkini.se.

Use a business delivery service when returning the package so that the package goes to our warehouse and not to an service point. We recommend sending the package trackable. You cannot choose to "return" the package by not picking it up at the service point. Packages sent back to us that have not been collected will be charged a cost of €25. Read “Unclaimed packages” below for more information.
We at Sunkini offer 30 days open purchase so you have time to feel whether the product is really for you. Open purchase is valid for 30 days from the day you received your package and on the condition that the item is returned unused and undamaged, in the original packaging and that all types of markings, labels and stickers remain on the item.
We do not send replacement goods on returns. If you wish to make an exchange, you order the item you wish to exchange for yourself.
Return fee
The return fee is €7 per returned package. The fee is charged in connection with the crediting.

How to make a return (Within Sweden)
1. Notify us that you want to make a return (don’t forget to include the order number).
2. We will send you a shipping label and return form digitally, which you need to print and fill in with the reason for the return.
3. Place the return form along with the items you wish to return. It’s important to put the items back in the same packaging they came in.
4. Attach the shipping label and drop the package off at a service point. It typically takes about 10 business days from the day you drop it off for us to receive and process the return. Don’t forget to keep the receipt until the return is processed and approved.
You cannot "return" a package by not picking it up at the service point. Packages returned to us due to non-collection will incur a fee of €25.
If we have delivered a product that is defective, we ask that you contact us within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered to help you resolve the problem. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. Send an email to info@sunkini.se with your order number, a detailed error description and, in the case of instructions, pictures and/or video clips showing the error.
The right to complain applies to manufacturing defects. That is to say, a fault that occurred during manufacturing and which distinguishes the product from a similar product manufactured without fault. This means that sun bleaching, discoloration, etc. can only be complained about within a reasonable time from when the item was received. The right to complain also does not apply to faults caused by wear and tear or lack of maintenance and service.
In the event of a complaint approved by Sunkini, we will send a new identical or equivalent product or refund the cost of the product. The right to complain does not apply if the customer has rectified or had the fault rectified without Sunkini's approval. The right to complain also does not apply if the customer caused the fault.
Sunkini is always responsible for possible shipping costs and other costs for the return back to us in the event of an approved complaint that occurred within a reasonable time. A reasonable time for complaints is considered to be within two months according to Trygg E-handel.
When we or our suppliers send a replacement item or a replacement part, we try to choose the shipping method that is most suitable, but it is not certain that it will be the same as at the time of ordering. Note that the right to complain applies to the original buyer, and no longer applies to any further sales. In cases where Sunkini sends spare parts or replacement goods to the customer, this goes to the order address unless the consumer has notified otherwise.

When the package has been received, we ask you to check the order, so that it is the correct item(s) delivered and that everything is included according to your order. Should something be wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible via email to info@sunkini.se. If any item is missing from a delivery, Sunkini must be notified of this within five days of receiving the shipment.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in shipping, we ask you to take photos of the damage to the packaging and the item, and send the photos in an email to our customer service as soon as possible. If the shipping damage is visible on the outer packaging, it is important that you point this out to the staff/delivery person when receiving the package.
We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, handling, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of €25 if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the service point for 7-14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you need to pick up the package before completing your return.
