Who is behind Sunkini?

Logic Consulting is a privately owned company with many years of experience in logistics. All the owners work operationally in the day-to-day operations and the biggest focus is to give customers flexible solutions, personal service and quick help. We work purposefully to reduce our own, our suppliers' and thus also our customers' environmental load.

It was in the spring of 2023 that Logic Consulting took over the operation of Sunkini.com with the goal of continuing to develop and drive Sunkini forward. Since then, several new products and models have been added, and new exciting news awaits. We are a small team that works with Sunkini and sits in brand new premises in Gothenburg, Sweden. For the first time, Sunkini has its office and warehouse in the same place.

In addition to working with logistics and selling swimwear and beachwear, Logic Consulting also runs the newly started e-commerce Summerfun.se, a store that sells everything for summer adventures.

Sunkinis history

The idea for Sunkini came back in 2011 when the founders Frida Finnman (formerly Jägerbrand) and Leif Jägerbrand were on Fuerteventura. On the beach, Frida changed her bikini all the time because she didn't want to have any tan lines or sit in the sun lounger with a wet bikini. Leif scratched his head and wondered why. When she told him the reason, at first he thought it was ridiculous. Her answer was - "I will invent a bikini that lets the sun through and you will see that it sells!".

What started as an idea began to become reality. It took a year to find the right fabric, then the first bikinis were sold via Facebook. After that, the ball was rolling to really get things started. Since 2013, it has been possible to buy Sunkini's swimwear and beachwear via Sunkini.com.

Over the years, the range was expanded with new bikini models and beachwear. In 2019, there was going to be a big investment with Sunkini's first full-time employee, but soon after the pandemic came. It was a couple of difficult years for Sunkini and after the summer of 2022 it was clear that Sunkini could no longer continue under the same conditions and management. Instead of winding down the entire business, a solution was found - LO Consulting AB took over and Sunkini's journey continues.
